On January 31, 2026, Middletown Seventh‑day Adventist Church is hosting a special day of learning and spiritual growth with Douglas Na’a, director of SALT — the School of Evangelism where Southern Adventist University partners with It Is Written to equip believers to know, share, and defend their faith.
A Day Designed to Equip You
You’re invited to join us for two powerful sessions:
- 11:00 am — “Why Does God Use Us?” A worship hour message exploring God’s heart for mission and why He chooses ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
- General Potluck Following the Worship Service After the morning message, we’ll gather for a warm, fellowship‑filled potluck. Bring a dish to share and enjoy time connecting with your church family before the afternoon training.
- 2:30 pm — “How to Confidently Give Bible Studies” A practical, hands‑on training that will help you:
- Prepare Bible studies
- Share them effectively
- Answer questions with grace
- Connect with people who are seeking God
This training is built to strengthen your confidence and prepare you for the next opportunity God places in your path. As 1 Peter 3:15 reminds us, we are called to “share the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.”
About Douglas Na’a
Douglas Na’a brings years of experience in evangelism and discipleship. As the director of SALT, he has trained countless students and church members to share their faith with clarity and compassion. He travels widely preaching for It Is Written and is passionate about helping believers become effective witnesses for Christ. He and his wife, Meliana, have a young daughter named Promise.
