Self‑Defense Class for Teenage Girls & Women

Sunday, April 26, 2026 • 2:00–3:30 PM

Middletown Seventh‑day Adventist Church

Cost: $10 • Registration Required

We live in a world where awareness and preparedness matter—especially for women and teenage girls. This special self‑defense class is designed to help participants recognize unsafe situations, avoid common risks, and learn practical skills that can increase their chances of escaping an attack.

The class will be taught by Garrett Watson, owner of MADE Fitness and Training Center and an instructor with the Louisville Metro Police Department. Garrett will guide attendees through both the mindset and the hands‑on techniques that can make a real difference in a dangerous situation.

This session will cover:

  • Common ways women unintentionally put themselves at risk
  • How to increase awareness and avoid dangerous situations
  • Practical, hands‑on methods to improve your ability to escape an attack
  • Encouragement and confidence‑building in a supportive environment

Space is limited, so please register early.

Invite your friends, daughters, mothers, and neighbors—anyone who could benefit from learning how to protect themselves and those they love.
